Peanut Frying Production Line Wet Type

The  peanut frying production line with high working efficiency and automatic discharging. the whole peanut processing line includes soaking pool, peeling machine, (dry machine), continuous frying machine, de-oiling machine, cooling conveyor line, mixing machine, and packaging machine.

 Working process of fired peanut production line:
1,Sorting conveyor to sort the unqualified peanut---wet peeling to remove the skin of peanut---fryer machine---de-oiling machine to remove the oil on the surface of peanut---air drying machine---seasoning machine.
 
2, For Wet Peeling Machine, before peeling, the peanut need to be soak by hot water, the peel can be removed then manual knead by hand, thus, it is ok to put into wet peeling machine to remove the skin. When this machine working, it needs water all the time. Should connect the water pipe firstly, then turn on the machine. Thus, it can avoid the robber to be burnt.
 
3, For fryer machine, it is made of stainless steel 304.
 
4,For De-oiling Machine, it is new developed and with high technology. It can feed and discharge automatically. Made of stainless steel. For this machine, it is also with one bucket, and the size of hole on the bucket also can be customized according to material size.
