The machine includes robust steel frame which has a chain path plus a steady link chain that carries the extended carriages and baking plates. The baking plates are made of a special Grey cast Alloy. The baking tongs, hinges, locking bolts and connecting links are robust and maintenance-free, guaranteeing uninterrupted manufacturing and minimizing support time.
