The Non fried instant noodle Production process is basically the same as fried instant noodles, the main difference is the use of hot air drying system to dry instant noodle.
It is very different on water and lipid content. Fried instant noodles in the water below 10%, but non-fried instant noodles in the water below 14.5%, more moisture content. In the lipid, fried instant noodles for about 20%, non-fried instant noodles in 4% to 5%.
